Custom orders are crafted and shipped from our production unit, with each article having a specified delivery time that we strive to adhere to. However, please note that delivery times may vary and could be affected by unavoidable circumstances or delays during holidays. If the parcel is returned: We will issue a refund for the items, excluding delivery costs. If the parcel is destroyed: No refund will be issued.
