Returns Policy

We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked return policy, giving you 3 days from receipt to request a return. Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, with a cut-off time of 1 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). We primarily use TCS, M&P, or Leopard Courier for domestic shipping unless otherwise specified. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be added to your account, and you will receive an SMS or email notification with tracking details. We operate from Pakistan, and all ready-to-wear items are dispatched from our local facility. Custom orders are crafted and shipped from our production unit, with each article having a specified delivery time that we strive to adhere to. However, please note that delivery times may vary and could be affected by unavoidable circumstances or delays during holidays. If the parcel is returned: We will issue a refund for the items, excluding delivery costs. If the parcel is destroyed: No refund will be issued.
